Your Aquamax is designed to operate continuously in a laboratory, production or field environment and is known for its portability and rugged design. In order to protect your investment, insure accurate test results and extend the life of your instrument we offer our customers a Manufacturer’s Calibration Service.
Cleaning: Our factory trained technician starts by cleaning the unit and making it look like new again. Once the unit is clean, our technician follows the same procedures we use in performing a Quality Control check for a newly manufactured Aquamax unit. Once this is completed and passed, your Aquamax is set up and bench tested for 24 hours with the reagents.
Internal Software Operation Check: The software operation check uses NIST traceable water standards to indicate that the software is performing as programmed. This test insures that the microprocessor inside your Aquamax is operating properly and that you will get accurate repeatable numbers time after time.
Glassware cleaning: The glassware on your Aquamax is as important as the unit itself. This is why we take special care in thoroughly cleaning; drying and inspecting all your glassware to make sure it is functioning correctly.
Essential Parts Replacement: The Aquamax has two replaceable parts that are critical to its operation. The essential Aquamax parts that we replace in this service are the septa and the molecular sieve.
Certificate of Calibration: Once your Aquamax has gone through the calibration service and is operating ‘like new’, we provide a Certificate of Calibration. The certificate outlines the procedures used to calibrate your Aquamax and lists the traceable numbers of all calibration equipment used in the service.
Fast Turn-Around Service: To receive our fast turn-around service, please schedule an appointment. Ask about our Loaner program that can be utilized while your instrument is in for servicing (subject to availability).
